  10. We are NOT here to render popular “flavor-of-the-week-month-or-year” services!

  11. We are NOT here to assess, diagnose or treat you in a “vacuum” relative to your life!

  12. We are NOT here to respond to you in a formulaic, non-individualized manner!

  13. We are NOT here to win a popularity contest but rather to make a constructive difference for you!
